  Recently stopped here. Very impressed with the hotel and staff. Food was good and fresh but we did only stay half board so we were not eating the same food all the time. As half board we went out every evening but we did notice that the entertainment at the hotel was very poor. This was the only thing we could see that let the hotel down, although this could have been because we visited in mid October. Overall had an excellent experience but that may have been different had we gone all inclusive. Would definitely recommend half board stay.

  We were charged 25€ for a mini bar that had only 2 beers and a variety of soft drinks and NO TOP UP!!!

  I'm all inclusive and have no idea where other people are getting the charges from.. apart.from the safe but anywhere you go abroad charges.. even have full use of the spa and treatments included!! fantastic place would.defo recommend!!

  Pool is too small for the amount of people that go in it, life guard is rude or either never there. Food is poor and not much variety. Had a blocked shower in hotel room took them 5 attempts to fix it which meant every day we had water running into the bedroom bit of a joke. Constantly music and live acts keeping you up at night from the bars that surround the hotel. Definitely not a 4 star would give it 2 stars at a push don't know where they get there rating from. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Floor is filthy whole hotel needs a clean.

  Great location as right across the road from the beach and not fat from any nearby bars if you don't want to eat here. The food is really nice different every day. Rooms are a big spacious size, although I must say the bed isn't too comfy I have a bad back and it has nothing but make it worse. The staff are all rather friendly. Generally a really nice hotel but don't think I would come again as there isn't too much to dowithin the hotel with only one pool where you can't have floats in the pool, not much in the way of entertainment either. But as I said it is a nice hotel.

  No wristbands, use of card only which is a pain and I think undermines the integrity of the staff.
